Kristin knew she wanted to be an architect and designer at a young age. Her dreams of drawing and painting professionally were realized when she began her studies at the University of Notre Dame's prestigious School of Architecture. Her passion grew when she spent a year abroad in Rome, Italy, studying architecture and art.  Her courses were moved from the classroom to the most celebrated structures in history, and days spent walking among these architectural marvels only intensified Kristin’s love and understanding of building design. After graduating from Notre Dame, Kristin moved to New York City to work for Barteluce Architects and Associates (currently Callison). She directed all aspects of luxury retail accounts such as Cartier, Kate Spade and Van Cleef & Arpels. Kristin then relocated to Southern California while remaining an integral part of the Barteluce team. Her presence on the west coast allowed her to be close to luxury retail hubs Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, San Francisco and Honolulu. During her ten year tenure with the company, Kristin not only managed multiple projects seamlessly but also developed trusted client relationships.

Kristin later moved to Chicago to be closer to family. Her passion for great design and her desire for more one on one client exposure spurred her to form Kristin Wiley Architecture + Design. She concentrates on high end residential and offers excellent client service. See examples of Kristin's work here. She spends her free time with her husband and children.
